At Smoke Rise, we strive for complete customer satisfaction; if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
